Six oceanic bracelet colors to choose from, come with a sterling silver "Lucy the Great White Shark" replica charm, attached with a subtle / removable "lobster claw" clasp.
The Lucy charm is custom made to showcase her unmistakable, most prominent feature, her caudal (tail) fin. Sometime around 2008, it became deformed and since beautifully filmed by Layla's Dad for National Geographic and replicated in life-sized mural.
Two bracelet sizes are available, in 7.75" for Men's / Unisex and 7.25" for Women's. We can custom size for a small fee.
The mighty pacific is the largest ocean in the sea, with incredible depths, so many locations yet to be explored. We know more about space than we do about the Pacific Ocean, so the depth of the darkness in this bead is so very fitting, as it is also Layla's final resting place.

This is our flagship Layla Bracelet for the Ocean, Blue Planet - Layla. Layla loved our planet, loved all of its marine and land inhabitants, fury ones especially, but she absolutely loved sharks and truly was on her way to being a pioneering advocate for our blue planet. She has a great white shark named after her, released a rehabilitated sea lion to the wild, palpated a cow for pregnancy, done rectally as shown on National Geographic, and so much more. This is a special one. All cenotes lead to the sea, and Layla was announced to the world at the legendary Cenote, Dos Ojos, back in 2014, a cenote she later visited at the start of her Dad's underwater cinematography journey. The cathedrals that the formations in these cenotes form, coupled with the crystal clarity of the fresh water, is an experience likely on par with looking down on the Earth from space, says her Dad. This bracelet, is also her bead gemstone, Crystal Quartz.

Layla sure loved her some animals! Deck your bracelet our with some of our additional "Layla Charms." The sea lion on the left is a sterling silver 3D model, about the size of Lucy. The butterfly at the top is a standard metal. And the sea lion on the right is a standard metal and flat/thin style but the heart in the middle is just so fitting as Layla released a sea lion to the wild in 2021 with Pacific Marine Mammal Center, a place we've donated over $5,000 to, her wishes.

Elegance and class, Layla did not know the meaning of those words but she exemplified it through and through in many facets of her life. So when we saw these, we knew we had to do a little something outside of our norm to honor her graceful touch. These are all in severely limited quantities, 3 for the 16" necklace, 8 for the 36" necklace, and about 15 for the bracelet to go with it. Once they are sold they are gone as they are not longer made but if people like them, we'll look into a new line to launch soon.
